Dustin Graber focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and appellate law.
Dustin joined Gibbs & Bruns after beginning his litigation career with Kellogg Hansen in Washington, D.C. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Howard C. Nielson, Jr. on the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, from 2021-2022, and to the Honorable Edith H. Jones on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, from 2020-2021.
