Prior to law school, Will was a principal at McChrystal Group, a management consultancy founded by retired General Stanley McChrystal, where he advised C-suite executive clients across a range of industries—including aerospace, energy, financial services, technology, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, government, higher education, and consumer packaged goods.
