Gibbs & Bruns summer clerkships offer first-hand experience and exposure to associate life at the firm. Given our small size, summer clerks are embraced immediately into active cases with a variety of projects and assignments. Our summer clerks accompany partners and associates to – and actively assist in – witness preparation meetings, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, client meetings, and trials.
From the start of your clerkship, you will work as part of our team. Assignments will be challenging and significant, providing both you and the firm the opportunity to explore the potential for a permanent position with Gibbs & Bruns. Working side by side with our lawyers, your experience will be exciting and informative. And, of course, fun.

As a boutique firm, summer clerkship opportunities are limited and fluctuate based on the overall rate of new hires and projected future associate needs.
