Contract Disputes

Contract disputes are a cornerstone of our practice at Gibbs & Bruns.  Given the firm’s exclusive focus on commercial litigation, our lawyers are incredibly seasoned in litigating and resolving significant contract disputes in a variety of contexts.

From a $309 million verdict for Plaintiff Avia Development Group in a case involving an air cargo facility development at Newark and JFK airports in 1993, to our 2008 representation of CC Media in a tortious interference case in which our involvement was pivotal to CC Media’s successful closure of its $26 billion acquisition of Clear Channel, Gibbs & Bruns lawyers have handled high-stakes contract matters since the firm opened its doors in 1983.
