Gibbs & Bruns partners Kathy Patrick and Ayesha Najam have been named to the 2026 edition of Benchmark Litigation’s Top 250 Women in Litigation, which recognizes leading female litigators across the country. Kathy and Ayesha are among just 43 lawyers selected from the South region. This marks Ayesha’s first appearance on the list and Kathy’s fifteenth consecutive year receiving the distinction.
The extensive research process used in the creation of Benchmark’s definitive analysis involves months of investigation into individual litigators’ professional activities as well as client feedback surveys and one-on-one interviews.
These individuals have earned their place by participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients.
