Justin focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has particular experience representing clients in the upstream and midstream oil and gas, commodities and derivatives trading, automotive, and technology sectors. His work on high-profile, high-stakes matters spans state and federal court and domestic and international arbitration. Justin has successfully litigated cases across the spectrum of commercial law, including contract, business tort, fiduciary duty, antitrust, copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters.
Justin earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and subsequently served as a law clerk for Judge Jerry Smith on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit as well as Judge Lee Rosenthal on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Justin is recognized in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in Commercial and Antitrust Litigation (2023-2025); “The 2024 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation” guide; and was named a “Texas Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters’ Texas Super Lawyers (2023-2024).
