Researchers send over “4000 questionnaires to senior in-house counsel, partners at leading law firms, and other specialists in 65 jurisdictions” and conduct interviews with “specialists in major commercial centers.” To appear in the guide, each lawyer must meet a strict threshold of nominations from their peers.
