We represented Azurix Corporation, an affiliate of Enron Corporation, in a series of class-action securities fraud claims brought by individuals who purchased the company’s stock in an initial public offering. The claims were dismissed by the trial court for failure to state a claim under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act. The trial court’s order was affirmed by the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
