Robin Gibbs was named to Expert Guides to the Leading Lawyers’ “Best of the Best 2008 Top Litigation Experts in the USA.” Robin was nominated to this list via an extensive survey of in-house counsel and his peers.
Research by Expert Guides included distribution of over 3500 questionnaires to senior in-house counsel, partners at pre-eminent law firms, and other specialists throughout the United States as well as interviews with specialists in major commercial centers. To appear in the guide, “each individual practitioner must meet a strict threshold of nominations from their peers after analysis and screening for firm, formal network, group or alliance bias.”
