Represented Plaintiff “special purpose acquisition corporation” in a suit for injunctive relief and damages for an alleged breach of a nine-figure merger agreement.

Represented Plaintiff chairman/chief executive officer in a suit for the alleged breach of an employment contract and stock option agreements.
